Multiwire EPS blocks slicing machine is a necessary tool in every styrofoam factory. It allows to cut and form polystyrene plates.
Opportunity to work with cutting arms slope prevents clipping of the slice endings.
By default the slicing machine is ready to use 50 cutting wires.
Knowing hard working conditions in the industrial hall, Coner has used the best available solutions to ensure long and trouble-free operation: precision dovetail slides providing zero-backlash, wide timing belts, high torque engines and roller bearing embedding of the shifts holding the cutting wires.

Standard equipment of the machine is independent microprocessor controller monitoring working parameters - cutting speed, idle running speed and temperature of cutting wires.
